Soodie Beasley, ASA, AAA, brings over 25 years of expertise in fine and decorative art appraisals and holds the highest professional designations from both the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and the Appraisers Association of America (AAA) in both fine and decorative arts. A USPAP-compliant appraiser, she is frequently engaged as an expert in insurance claims, legal disputes, and complex valuation matters.

Ms. Beasley holds a B.A. and M.A. in Art History, a post-baccalaureate in Interior Architecture, and a Certificate in Appraisal Studies. Her academic foundation and broad professional background inform a deep understanding of both artistic and design disciplines.

With more than 16 years of experience teaching art at the college level, she has presented at leading appraisal conferences in the U.S. and abroad, published peer-reviewed articles, and curated fine art exhibitions. Her commitment to cultural preservation and to combating the trafficking of art and antiquities extends to her national service with the U.S. Department of State’s Cultural Heritage Coordinating Committee (CHCC) and Cultural Antiquities Task Force (CATF).
